SCHOOL UNIFORM UPDATE

SJV has a new uniform policy that will be phased in this school year and be in full effect beginning the 2010-2011 school year. All students will have a basic uniform of a "SJV" logo shirt and appropriate uniform pants (blue for grades 1-5, khaki for grades 6-8). The new policy builds on our current one and adds the options of plaid skirts/skorts for girls and vests, ties, and dress shirt choices for boys.

There are both required and optional components to the new policy. Families are encouraged to purchase items that meet the new guidelines this year, especially if you plan on getting more than one year of use out of them.

Please consider updating to the new guidelines as you buy new uniform clothing throughout the school year.
